Details

At 858 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Gothenburg, or 23 miles northwest of Lexington, moving southeast at
30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near…
Gothenburg and Willow Island around 905 PM CDT.
Cozad around 910 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 209 and 229.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for
