Light winds and humid conditions have resulted in areas of fog
along the Highway 20 corridor west of Dubuque. The fog could
be locally dense at times with visibilities down to a quarter
mile, especially in low-lying areas. Expect conditions to quickly
improve by 8 AM and afterwards.
Motorists should exercise caution as visibilities may change
suddenly over short distances. Use low-beam headlights and leave
plenty of distance between you and the vehicle ahead.
