Details

At 501 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
extending from 6 miles east of Groom to 6 miles north of Lelia Lake
to 8 miles southwest of Hedley. Movement was northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Clarendon, Mclean, Lefors, Howardwick, Hedley, Lelia Lake, Lake
Mcclellan, Alanreed, and Greenbelt Lake.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 115 and 149.
