Details

Patchy dense fog will reduce visibilities to one quarter mile or
less early this morning around Cooperstown, Valley City, Lisbon,
Forman and areas west of Fargo. Motorists should be prepared for
rapidly changing visibility and use extra caution traveling. Be
extra cautious at intersections and railroad crossings. Visibility
should improve by mid to late morning.
