Details

At 825 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hayes Center, moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Hayes Center, Bluegill Haven Campground, Willow View Campground,
Hayes Center State Wildlife Management Area, and Red Willow Reservoir
State Recreation Area.

This includes Highway 83 between mile markers 27 and 31.
