Details

At 738 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles southeast of Friend to 6 miles
southeast of Lakin. Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. Blowing dust leading to
localized reduced visibilities and lightning induced
grassland fires.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near…
Holcomb around 745 PM CDT.
Garden City around 750 PM CDT.
