Details

At 923 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles east of La Esperanza Ranch Airport to
near Escobas. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Laredo, Cotulla, Encinal, Texas A&M, Laredo International Airport,
Botines, Unitec Industrial Park, Mirando City, La Esperanza Ranch
Airport, Oilton, United South High School, Artesia Wells, Aguilares,
Gardendale, Ranchitos Las Lomas, Doctors Hospital Of Laredo, Laredo
Country Club, Bruni, Orvil, and Callaghan.

This includes the following highways…
Interstate 35 between mile markers 6 and 73.
US Highway 59 between mile markers 792 and 824.
US Highway 83 between mile markers 668 and 698, and near mile marker
720.
