Details

At 1015 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of developing
strong thunderstorms extending from over Spencer to 11 miles north of
Gillett, or extending from 33 miles northwest of Wisconsin Rapids to
25 miles northeast of Shawano, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Half inch size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include…
Wausau, Shawano, Antigo, Marshfield, Weston, Rib Mountain, Mosinee,
Abbotsford, Spencer, Gillett, Bevent, Wittenberg, Mountain, Pound,
White Lake, Neopit, Gardner Dam Scout Camp, Big Smokey Falls,
Keshena and Legend Lake.

Instructions

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

Brief heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
