At 507 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Cashton, or 12 miles south of Sparta, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near…
Cashton around 510 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Wildcat Mountain State
Park, Oil City, Jersey Valley County Park, St Marys, Portland,
Wilton, Highway 33 And County Y, Norwalk, Valley, and Melvina.
