Details

At 831 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from near Norphlet to near Hainesville, or
extending from near Norphlet to 12 miles northeast of Mineola, moving
south at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Shreveport, Tyler, Longview, Bossier City, Marshall, El Dorado,
Mount Pleasant, Minden, Kilgore, Magnolia, Whitehouse, White Oak,
Gladewater, Atlanta, Springhill, Gilmer, Pittsburg, Winnsboro,
Homer and Smackover.

Instructions

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
