Details
At 1247 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from 7 miles west of Menasha to 6 miles east
of Napowan Scout Camp, or extending from 9 miles west of Appleton to
14 miles south of Waupaca, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 30 mph and half inch size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
The strong thunderstorm will be near…
Lake Poygan and Appleton around 1250 AM CDT. Menasha and Redgranite
around 1255 AM CDT. Northern Lake Winnebago around 100 AM CDT.
Central Lake Winnebago around 105 AM CDT. Rush Lake around 120 AM
CDT.
Other locations impacted by this strong thunderstorm include Clarks
Point, Poy Sippi, Larsen, Tustin, Pine River, Boom Bay, Medina,
Greenville, West Bloomfield and Orihula.
