Special Weather Statement issued October 23 at 12:13PM CDT by NWS Milwaukee/Sullivan WI
Details
Areas of fog are lingering along the immediate Lake Michigan
shoreline early this afternoon, resulting in quick drops in
visibility for those traveling from inland locations. Current
expectations are for fog to remain confined to immediate lakeshore
areas, though conditions are being closely monitored. If fog
begins to expand further inland, Dense Fog Advisories may be
needed. Slow down, use low beam headlights, and allow for extra
following distance if driving along the Lake Michigan shoreline
this afternoon.
