At 638 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Box Elder, or 13 miles northeast of Rapid City, moving east at 15
mph.

HAZARD…Penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include…
Eastern Box Elder and New Underwood.

This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 67
and 78.
