Patchy fog has developed across portions of central and north-
central Wisconsin early this morning. The fog was locally dense
in a few spots, with visibilities around 1/4 mile or less.

If you plan to travel this morning, be alert for rapidly changing
visibilities. If you encounter dense fog, slow down and use your
low beam headlights.
