Details
At 717 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong
thunderstorms 6 miles southeast of Texas A&M, or 7 miles east of
Laredo, moving west at 15 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Laredo, Rio Bravo, United South High School, Laredo International
Airport, Texas A&M, St Augustine High School South Laredo, Laredo
Country Club and Laredo Community College.
This includes the following highways…
US Highway 59 between mile markers 816 and 824. US Highway 83 between
mile markers 718 and 728. Interstate 35 between mile markers 1 and 6.
