Details

At 644 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 3 miles northeast of Scott
City to 12 miles southwest of Modoc to 12 miles northwest of Lakin.
Movement was southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

These storms will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
Wichita County, including the following locations… Marienthal and
Lydia.
