Details

At 916 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northwest of Intersection of Highway 63 and BIA Road 8, or 13
miles southeast of Dupree, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
South Eagle Butte.

Instructions

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
