The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a

* Tornado Warning for…
Southeastern Washington County in east central Missouri…
Saint Francois County in southeastern Missouri…

* Until 1000 PM CDT.

* At 915 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Potosi, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD…Tornado.

SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

* Locations impacted include…
Shirley, Latty, Belgrade, Caledonia, Potosi, Mineral Point, Cadet,
Irondale, Bismarck, Frankclay, Leadwood, Bonne Terre, Desloge, Doe
Run, Park Hills, Leadington, Farmington, Knob Lick and French
Village.

This includes the following State Parks…
St. Joe State Park, St. Francois State Park and Missouri Mines
Historic Site.

Instructions

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a
vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself
from flying debris.
