* WHEN…From 1 PM Friday to 7 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strongest wind gusts are expected Friday
night.
