* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of central, northern, and northwest Oklahoma,
including the following counties, in central Oklahoma, Lincoln,
Logan and Payne. In northern Oklahoma, Garfield, Grant, Kay and
Noble. In northwest Oklahoma, Alfalfa, Harper, Major, Woods and
Woodward.

* WHEN…From late tonight through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
