* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of east and northeast Texas, including the
following counties, in east Texas, Sabine and Shelby. In northeast
Texas, Panola, Rusk and Smith.

* WHEN…Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Periods of locally heavy rainfall resulting from Tropical
Depression Edouard could lead to flooding.
