Northern Door County in northeastern Wisconsin…

* Until 930 PM CDT.

* At 850 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles north of
Newport State Park, or 39 miles northeast of Marinette, moving
southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Detroit Island and Rock Island around 855 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include
Washington Island and Rock Island State Park.

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
