Details

At 843 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Prosper, or 8 miles northwest of Frisco, moving northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near…
Prosper and Celina around 850 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Lincoln Park,
Providence Village, Oak Point, and Lewisville Lake.

Instructions

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
