Details
At 1012 PM MDT/1112 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of
strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 11 miles south of
Wauneta to 14 miles northwest of Benkelman to 16 miles northeast of
Haigler. Movement was south at 20 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
These storms will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern
Hitchcock and central Dundy Counties, including the following
locations… Max.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM MDT/200 AM
