Details
At 717 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Fate to Mesquite. Movement was southeast at 15
mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Strong thunderstorms will be near…
Dallas, Mesquite, Rockwall, Balch Springs, Forney, Royse City,
Heath, Fate, Sunnyvale, and Mobile City around 725 PM CDT.
Seagoville around 730 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by these storms include Heartland,
McLendon-Chisholm, Lawrence, Union Valley, Lake Ray Hubbard, and Post
Oak Bend City.
This includes the following highways…
Interstate 20 between mile markers 480 and 501.
Interstate 30 between mile markers 52 and 80.

to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
