…The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Wisconsin…

Kickapoo River at Soldiers Grove affecting Crawford County.

.Up to 4 inches of rain fell near Ontario Wisconsin overnight. This
rain routing downstream, combined with the additional precipitation
of around 1 inch will lead to minor flooding along the Kickapoo over
the next 24 hours.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Kickapoo River at Soldiers Grove.

* WHEN…From Friday morning to Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 14.0 feet, Water may begin to flood the park and
campground area in the old section of town.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– There is no current observed data.
– Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 14.7 feet Saturday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage early Sunday afternoon.
– Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
