near Clarksville to the Cedar River.

* IMPACTS…At 12.0 feet, Water affects S Prairie St.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 6:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.6 feet.
– Forecast…Flood stage may be reached based on the latest
forecast information.
