Details

At 1215 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Anselmo to 11 miles northeast of Willow
Island. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Broken Bow, Callaway, Ansley, Merna, Mason City, Oconto, Anselmo,
Comstock, Berwyn, Weissert, Westerville, Lillian, Round Valley,
Milldale, Arcadia Diversion Dam State Wildlife Management Area, Burr
Oak, Gavin Siding, Wescott, Lodi, and Intersection of Highway 183 and
Cumro Road.

This includes the following highways…
Highway 183 between mile markers 73 and 110.
Highway 2 between mile markers 259 and 307.
Highway 92 between mile markers 259 and 308.

Instructions

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for
central Nebraska.
