Details

At 1221 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles west of Brownlee, or 17 miles northeast of Mullen, moving
southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Brownlee, Giant Hill, Norway, and Highway 83 crossing the North Loup
River.

This includes the following highways…
Highway 2 near mile marker 202.
Highway 83 between mile markers 168 and 171.

Instructions

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for
north central Nebraska.
