Details

At 948 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Champion Creek Reservoir, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Sweetwater, Roscoe, Maryneal, Champion, The Intersection Of Highway
70 And Ranch Road 53, Lake Sweetwater, The Intersection Of Ranch Road
608 And Highway 147, Camp Boothe Oaks, and I-20 Near The
Nolan-Mitchell County Line.

This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 229 and 251.

west central Texas.
