* WHAT…North winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central, south central, and southwest Louisiana
and southeast Texas.

* WHEN…From 1 PM Friday to 1 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds will increase throughout the day Friday
and will remain elevated overnight into midday Saturday.
