* WHERE…In Arkansas, higher terrain areas of Madison, Northern
Crawford, and Northern Franklin Counties. In Oklahoma, Choctaw,
Pushmataha, and Southern Le Flore Counties.

* WHEN…From 4 AM to 1 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
