…The National Weather Service in Des Moines IA has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Iowa…

Iowa River near Tama Hwy E49 affecting Tama and Poweshiek
Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…The Iowa River near Tama Hwy E49, or from Timber Creek
near Le Grand to Salt Creek near Belle Plaine.

* WHEN…From Monday morning to Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 12.8 feet, Water affects portions of C Ave and D Ave
from US 30 to the south.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 12.7 feet tomorrow evening. It
will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon.
– Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
