* IMPACTS…Localized flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other
low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

– At 258 PM CDT, Off-and-on showers and thunderstorms produced up
to around 5 inches of rain since Wednesday evening.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to around 2 inches are possible in
