…The National Weather Service in Springfield MO has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Kansas…

Little Osage River at Fulton affecting Bourbon County.

For the Little Osage River…including Fulton…Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Little Osage River at Fulton.

* WHEN…From Friday evening to Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 22.0 feet, Flood waters mainly affect farmland along
the Little Osage River Basin between the gage site and Highway 31
west of Fulton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.4 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening to a crest of 22.9 feet early Saturday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday
morning.
– Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
