Northeastern Cheyenne County in east central Colorado…
Wallace County in west central Kansas…
Southeastern Sherman County in northwestern Kansas…
* Until 730 PM MDT.
* At 657 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles southwest of Brewster to 11 miles north of
Wallace to 7 miles northeast of Sharon Springs to 9 miles west of
Weskan, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

Sharon Springs and Weskan around 700 PM MDT.
Wallace around 705 PM MDT.
This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 17 and 35.
Instructions
These thunderstorms will produce strong winds resulting in areas of
near zero visibility in blowing dirt. Use extreme caution if you must
travel and be alert for rapidly changing visibility.
