Northeastern Morris County in east central Kansas…
Southwestern Wabaunsee County in east central Kansas…

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 549 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles north of
Dwight, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Trained weather spotters. At 538 PM CDT a trained spotter
reported quarter size hail 1 mile northeast of Grandview
Plaza.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

Alta Vista and Volland.
