Details
At 1055 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles west of Slapout, or 15 miles southeast of Beaver, moving
northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph. The environment may also support
brief/weak tropical tornadoes.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include…
Gate and Knowles.
Instructions
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
