Details

At 1150 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 4 miles south of Brice, or 17 miles northeast of
Caprock Canyon State Park, moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE…West Texas Mesonet indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Childress, Memphis, Turkey, Caprock Canyon State Park, Quitaque, Cee
Vee, Kirkland, Brice, Valley Schools, Flomot, Tell, Northfield,
Estelline, Lakeview, and Plaska Community.
