Details

At 733 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles north of Chadron
Municipal Airport to Box Butte Campground to 6 miles northeast of
Lake Alice Number 2. Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Scottsbluff, Alliance, Chadron, Mitchell, Crawford, Hemingford,
Whitney, Roberts Trailhead Campground, Lake Minatare State Recreation
Area, Soldier Creek Campground, Box Butte Reservoir, Scotts Bluff
County Fairground, Angora, Chadron State Park, Box Butte County
Fairgrounds, Berea, Flahertys Corner, Lake Alice Number 2, Box Butte
Campground, and Whitney Lake.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for the Panhandle
of Nebraska.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
