Details
At 526 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles northwest of Tynan, or 7 miles west of Skidmore, moving west at
15 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Skidmore, Dinero, Mount Lucas, Argenta, Lagarto, Tynan, Karon and
Lake Corpus Christi.
This includes the following highways…
US Highway 59 between mile markers 700 and 716. Interstate 37 between
mile markers 38 and 57. US Highway 181 between mile markers 600 and
604.
