At 1127 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong
thunderstorms extending from 47 miles northwest of Athens to 47 miles
northwest of Manchester, or extending from 50 miles northwest of
Umpire to 62 miles northwest of Clarksville, moving southeast at 25
mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include…
Bethel, Battiest, Mount Herman, Sherwood, Pickens, Smithville and
Ringold.
